of compensation that rewards our therapists with an entire

Because we are a smaller company than
most in the business, we can operate with lower overhead
expenses. This means we can offer you higher salaries.
In addition, Access Therapies does not dilute your
pay with other bonuses that you may never need or
want. As a result, you end up with more money in your
bank account. And you can use it to reward yourself
in any way you like.
Health, life and dental
insurance
As a healthcare professional, you
recognize the importance of insurance. And Access Therapies offers an outstanding plan. Our health,
dental and life insurance goes into effect on the
first day of the month following your employment.
Our PPO allows for in network area coverage throughout
the United States. Other features of our PPO include:
- A Co-Pay Program
- Prescription Drug Coverage
- Maternity/Oral Contraceptive Coverage
Dependent coverage is also available,
and Access Therapies even provides malpractice insurance
while you're on assignment.
Traveling to your assignments is
part of your job. That's why we reimburse you for
it with up to $450 for round trip travel, tax-exempt.
This includes travel, lodging, and meal allowances.
A generous retirement plan
At Access Therapies, we offer you
a very valuable, very flexible retirement program.
Our 401K allows you to contributions of up to $10,000
per year. Access Therapies will match your contributions
up to 3% of your salary. In addition, your own contributions
are augmented by additional contributions that Access Therapies makes to your account. It's a remarkably
effective way of building your retirement nest egg.
Often, working holidays is just part
of being a healthcare professional. But we think you
still deserve extra credit for doing it. That's why
we pay time-and-a-half when you work on recognized
holidays.
Ongoing support and consultation
We stand behind our therapists with more
than just money and other tangible benefits. At Access Therapies, we will treat you as part of our professional
family. Your personal recruiter will be available
at all times for consultation, advice or just to talk
about things that concern you. We're a tightly knit
group, and we believe in taking care of our own. In
fact, as a part of Access Therapies, you will even
have a direct line to the president of the company
at all times.

Until you accept an assignment with us, you have absolutely
no obligation. And no matter how long you're part
of our family, your commitment to us is never for
more than one assignment at a time.
Our typical assignments are for 13
weeks, but you'll almost always have the opportunity
to extend your assignments for another 13 weeks. If
you decide not to, you are free to take another Access Therapies assignment or just take a break from work
for a while.
